Explore the depths of Pixel Dungeon, collect useful items, fight fierce monsters to find the Amulet of Yendor (suprise!) - the ultimate artifact of this game world.
Overview
The Amulet of Yendor is the only item at Depth 26 in between two skull pillars in the center of the only room on the depth. When picked up, the player is prompted to make a choice to finish the game or continue playing. If selecting "Let's call it a day", you are returned to the Main Menu and that character save file is deleted. If "I'm not done yet" is selected, you are able to continue playing, but the Amulet does nothing physically in game other than consume an inventory slot. It can be dropped or thrown, but has no activated ability and cannot be equipped.

- In the previous versions (v0.4-v0.5), the sign on level 21 read that in the next major update of the game the player will finally have chance to seize the ultimate artifact of the game - the Amulet of Yendor.
