Dewdrop[]

Dewdrop
A crystal clear dewdrop.

Due to the magic of this place, pure water has minor restorative properties.

Dewdrops occasionally drop from tall grass tiles, spawns upon stepping on the dewcatcher or defeating evil eyes.

When picked up, the game will attempt to store it inside the waterskin. If it is unavailable or full, it regenerates 5% of Hero's max HP instead. It cannot be picked up when Hero's HP is full (unless you are playing as a warden with the shielding dew talent).

Dewdrops can be obtained by trampling tall grass (1/6 chance) or dewcatcher (3-6 drops). It can also be dropped by evil eyes (50% chance).

Bomb[]

Bomb
A fairly hefty black powder bomb. An explosion from this bomb deals X-Y damage to anything adjacent to it, and will destroy some adjacent terrain or items.

Not burning: It looks like the fuse will take a couple rounds to burn down once it is lit.

Burning: The bomb's fuse is burning away, keep your distance or put it out!

After lighting & throwing them, bombs will explode in 2 turns, dealing 4 + depth to 12 + (depth * 3) damage in a 3x3 area. Additionally, all flammable tiles will turn to embers, and unupgraded and non-unique items will be destroyed. The bomb can be safely picked up before it explodes, and will be extinguished if it gets chilled. It will also explode instantly if it catches on fire.

Bombs can be found in armory, honeypot room or artillery room, given as an uncommon reward by Ring of Wealth and bought in shops for a base price of 150g, sometimes in stacks of 2 for the price of 1. Bombs can be used for alchemy to create enhanced bombs, which explode in a greater area have additional effects upon exploding.

Ankh[]

"I wish I had one of those..."

―Sad Ghost

Ankh
This ancient symbol of immortality grants the ability to return to life after death. Most items will be dropped where you died, but can be reclaimed if you return to it. Using a full waterskin, the ankh can be blessed with extra strength.

After dying with an ankh, the Hero will be able to come back to life with two items they choose from their inventory, respawning at a random location in the level. They will be unable to access the rest of their inventory and pick up items until they returns to the spot where they died to reclaim it. The Hero is brought back with full health and satiation and 3 turns of invisibility. The ankh is consumed in the process. The Hero can have multiple ankhs, but he can't be resurrected again until they regain their inventory.

If an Ankh is used during a boss fight, the entire floor gets reset and the Hero is forced to fight the boss again, but inventory is not lost. Resurrection will remove curses from all equipped items.

The Ankh can also be blessed with a full waterskin, or by being thrown into a Well of Health, gaining a white enchantment glow:

Ankh
This ancient symbol of immortality grants the ability to return to life after death. The ankh has been blessed and is now much stronger. The Ankh will sacrifice itself to save you in a moment of deadly peril.

A blessed ankh will keep all inventory intact and doesn't teleport the Hero nor reset bossfights, but will only resurrect the Hero with about 25% of their max HP and won't restore any satiation. It will however grant 3 turns of invincibility to ensure the Hero won't immediately die again and remove the same debuffs as a potion of healing would.

Ankhs can be only bought in shops with a base price of 500g, they never generate in the dungeon nor are they dropped by enemies.

Honeypot[]

Honeypot
This large honeypot is only really lined with honey, instead it houses a giant bee! These sorts of massive bees usually stay in their hives, perhaps the pot is some sort of specialized trapper's cage? The bee seems pretty content inside the pot with its honey, and buzzes at you warily when you look at it.

The honeypot can be thrown or shattered, which turns it into a shattered honeypot and summons a golden bee.

The bee will now protect the shattered pot, attacking whatever is closest to it. If a character, such as a Crazy Thief is holding the shattered pot, the bee will attack that character. Crazy Thieves and Crazy Bandits will shatter the honeypot and release the bee after successfully stealing it.

Shattered Honeypot
The pot has been shattered, only the sticky honey that lines its walls is holding it together, and it is slowly coming apart.

Despite its broken state, the bee still seems to want to protect the pot.

Can be used to craft an elixir of honeyed healing. Otherwise serves as a "marker" for spawned bees of an area they will protect.

The honeypot can be bought in a shop for a base price of 50g, found in storage room (50% chance) or honeypot room (also contains a shattered honeypot) or given by a Ring of Wealth as medium quality reward.

Arcane Stylus[]

Arcane Stylus
This arcane stylus is made of some dark, very hard stone. Using it you can inscribe a magical glyph on your armor, but you have no power over choosing what glyph it will be, the stylus will decide it for you.

Can be used on an armor to apply a random glyph. The armor must be known to be uncursed.

Arcane styli generate once per chapter as prize items and can usually be bought in shops for a base price of 300g.

Torch[]

"Thank goodness there are torches, it's so dark here!"

―Sad Ghost

Torch
An adventuring staple, when a dungeon goes dark, a torch can help lead the way.

The Hero can light the torch, gaining the illuminated buff for 250 turns, which increases their FoV to 6 tiles on dark floors.

A single torch generate on every floor if the into darkness challenge is enabled as a prize item (2 torches if the floor if large), demon halls floors always generate with two torches. Torches can also be bought in Ambitious Imp's shop for 200g each.
