The ranking screen displays 10 highest scoring runs and the most recently ended run.
Information[]
Ranking screen shows the class and level of your Hero as well as maximum depth reached and a cause of death if the run didn't end in victory. Clicking on a run in the ranking screen shows additional details:
- Stats - shows the following statistics about a run:
- Score (including score breakdown)
- Strength
- Game duration
- Maximum depth reached
- Dungeon seed
- Mobs killed
- Gold collected
- Food eaten
- Items crafted
- Version the game was on when the run was finished
- Date when the run was finished
- Talents - Shows the talent screen for a given Hero
- Inventory - Shows all items equipped by a given Hero, as well as items in quickslots.
- Badges - Shows all badges obtained during a run, regardless whether for the first time or not. However, some badges can only be obtained once.
- Challenges - Shows which challenges were enabled during a run.
Score[]
The score is what determines how high up in the rankings will your run place.
Progression[]
Score awarded for progressing through the dungeon and leveling up. The specific formula is maxDepth x heroLevel x 65
, capped at 50,000.
Treasure[]
Score equals to gold collected and the value of all in your inventory when the game ends. It's capped at 20,000 to prevent farming.
Exploration[]
Score awarded for fully exploring floors. It's calculated using the following formula: floorsEntered x floorsExplored x 50
.
Boss floors and quest sub-floors do not count.
For a floor to be considered fully explored, the following criteria must be met:
- There are no level-generated items that remain undiscovered or containers that remain unopened (except for crystal chests)
- There are no mimics or level-generated animated statues left alive (i.e. guardian traps don't count)
- There is no "unfinished" sacrificial room or magical fire room
- There are no barricades, locked doors, or undiscovered hidden doors
- All keys have been used
The highest exploration score possible is 20,000, which is only obtained if you fully explore every floor.
Bosses[]
Score awarded for defeating bosses; 1,000 points for Goo, 2,000 for Tengu, 3,000 for DM-300, 4,000 for Dwarf King and 5,000 for Yog Dzewa. There is also 1,250 extra points awarded for each demon spawner left alive when beating Yog. However, you do receive a penalty whenever you do get hit by a telegraphed attack (dwarf warlock's dark bolt is considered a telegraphed attack as well).
NOTE: Dodging an attack does not negate most of these penalties.
Penalties:
- Getting hit by Goo pump up attack: -100 pts
- Getting hit by poison dart trap, fire, shocker or smoke bomb during Tengu fight: -200 pts
- Getting hit by falling rocks during DM-300 fight: -300 pts
- Touching electrified wires or water during DM-300 fight: -200 pts
- Getting hit by pylon shock during DM-300 fight: -100 pts
- Getting hit by dwarf warlock's dark bolt: -400 pts
- Getting hit by Yog's deathgaze: -500 pts
Quests[]
Score awarded for completing quests; 1,000 points for Ghost's quest, 2,000 points for Wandmaker's quest, and 4,000 for Imp's quests. For Blacksmith's quest, your score equals the amount of favor you get to spend (50 for each piece of Dark Gold Ore you mine capped at 2,000 and 1,000 points for killing the miniboss).
Endgame multiplier[]
- Dying - x1.0
- Dying after obtaining the Amulet of Yendor - x1.5
- Ending the game after obtaining the Amulet of Yendor - 2.0x
- Reaching the surface with the Amulet of Yendor - x2.5
Challenge multiplier[]
Every challenge enabled boosts the final score by 25%.

Hall of Fame[]
The Hall of Fame offers additional space to display finished runs. As a premium feature, it is only available to the Steam and iOS players and golden supporters in the Google Play version. Any run that shows on ranking screen can be saved to the Hall of Fame. You can save a total of 40 runs or 100 runs in the Google Play version if you bought shattered supporter rank. After saving a run, it's possible to attach a note to it.
