Info
Statues are decorative tiles, as well as solid tiles (like Walls), which can be found throughout the dungeon.
Even though they're solid tiles, the Hero/ine can see around/past the statues.
Statues are found in certain room types:
- Library - Libraries can be distinguished by having one, or two, statues on either side of the door, diagonal from it.
- Armory - Armories can be distinguished by having only one statue, which is usually located at either corner, opposite from the door.
- Treasury - Treasuries can be distinguished by having only one statue, which is usually located near, if not at, the center of the room.
- Crypt - Crypts can be distinguished by having two statues, which are placed in corners that are opposite from the door.
- Statue Room - Animated Statue rooms can be distinguished by having a row of statues, which are placed along the wall, opposite from the door.
- King of Dwarves' Throneroom (depth 20)
- depth 26
Trivia
The Demon Halls stage contains no statue, but has Pillars instead (also a solid tile).
Tips
A Wand of Avalanche fired at a Statue/Pillar can inflict the Paralyzed debuff on the character beside it.
